Risk Analysis on Rural Land Management Rights under the “Separation of Three Rights”

Abstract

Abstract: From background of the “Separation of Three Rights” on rural land, some possible problems in separating the contract rights and management rights were analyzed in detail and summarized,such as the normalization on ways of transferring the management rights,the interest re-distribution of expropriating rural land. Then suggestions were put forward accordingly.
