Abstract: Firstly the current utilization situation and its causes of rural homestead were analyzed,it was found the present utilization situation of rural homestead was far from being satisfactory,there were phenomena such as a large number of idle homestead,in excess of standards and criteria of per capital land,and without reasonable withdrawal mechanism,then the causes of the phenomena were analyzed and summarized. Finally the establishment of effective withdrawal mechanism was discussed and studied.
