The Study on Factors Affecting Farmers’ Participant Satisfaction in Rural Land Share Cooperation Based on Multi Classification Logistic:A Case Study of Chongzhou City

Abstract: Based on Farmers’ perspective,an empirical analysis on the factors affecting farmers’ participation satisfaction in rural land share cooperation of Chongzhou city was conducted from the householder characteristics,the family,production and business operation characteristics,the external environmental factors,the institutional factors,the credibility of the government with a logistic regression model. The results showed that,the rural livable level,rural economic conditions,gap between real and expected incomes after participation in the stock,the policy and legal protection,exemplary effect,the recognition of the stock,the perfection of exit mechanism and the forms of farmers’ participation were the main factors affecting farmers’ participation satisfaction. Accordingly the corresponding policy recommendations were put forward.
