Abstract: The effects of a total of ten treatments by the humic acid, herbal biochar (straw charcoal),bentonite, alum, dephosphorylation gypsum five conditioners and ratio on the conversion and absorption of phosphorus in high-phosphorus soil were studied. The results showed that applying conditioners could effectively increase plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll content of maize. In each treatment to apply conditioner, the single application of alum and co-application treatment of biochar+bentonite+alum could effectively increase the biomass of corn and improve the amount of P uptake of corn. The single application of bentonite and alum could promote the mineralization of organic phosphorus in the soil. Single application of dephosphorization gypsum and humic acid+bentonite+biochar+alum+dephosphorization gypsum with the application tends to passivation of the soil to reduce the mobility of phosphorus and reduce environmental risks.
