Abstract: The influence of corn straw,bio-bacterial fertilizer(EM) and soil conditioner on soil salt and heavy metals contents were studied in over-winter tomato of the solar greenhouse using a field experiment. The results showed that soil water soluble salt content in all treatments occurred decreased, especially the corn straw+soil conditioner treatment decreased 24.39% compared with the control. All treatments had almost no effect on the content of Na+ and made the contents of Ca2+,Mg2+ and K+ decreased, respectively. Especially the EM treatment significantly decreased the concentration of Ca2+,while three treatments (corn straw, corn straw+soil conditioner and corn straw+EM+soil conditioner) significantly reduced the concentrations of Ca2+,Mg2+ and K+,respectively. All treatments had little effect on heavy metals of Mn,Ni and Cr contents in soil, and shown no significant difference between treatments; While corn straw significantly reduced Pb content, two treatments(corn straw and corn straw+EM+soil conditioner) significantly decreased the contents of Zn,Cd and Cu. The application of chicken manure caused Zn,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cd contents higher except for Pb, respectively, which was one of the main sources of heavy metal soil pollution in solar greenhouse.
