Abstract: The Hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid Digestion Method and the Microwave Digestion Method were used respectively in soil digesting, four heavy metal elements(As, Pb, Cd, Cr) in soil were tested and compared by detection limit, accuracy and recoveries of the two methods. The results showed that the two digestion methods had good correlation, accuracy and recoveries, and no significant difference in statistics.Compared with Hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid Digestion Method, microwave digestion method was advanced in operation, batch, reagent consumption and safety, it is worth to popularize and apply.
