Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of fertilizer reduction on the yield and quality of spring tea, four fertilization treatments,including100% fertilizer (local traditional fertilizer amount)A,100% organic fertilizer B,30% organic fertilizer+70% fertilizer C and blank control CK were set.The results showed that the yield,hundred-bud weight and germination density of all fertilization treatments were higher than that blank control, but the differences between different treatments were not significant. The contents of tea polyphenols, amino acids and the ratio of phenol to ammonia in chemical fertilizer reducation treatment were not significantly different from those of other fertilization treatments, and the content of water extract was lower than that of other treatments. The content of catechin(C) in spring tea under fertilizer reduction treatment was significantly reduced, and the contents of C,GCG and CG were different from that under fertilizer treatment.Fertilization could increase the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoid and decrease the content of chlorophyll b,but there was no significant difference between fertilizer treatments.
