Research on the factors influencing the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers：Based on empirical testing of multiple intermediaries model

Abstract

Abstract: By constructing multiple intermediaries model, the two influence paths of “psychological capital-human capital-employment quality” and “psychological capital-social capital-employment quality” were analyzed. The results showed that the psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers could affect their employment quality through human capital and social capital, and psychological capital had a higher effect on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers than human capital and social capital.
