Abstract: Rhizobium, as a key symbiotic nitrogen-fixing microorganism in leguminous plants, plays an important role in maintaining soil ecological functions and supporting sustainable agricultural development through its interactions with the soil microbiome. The effects and interactions between Rhizobium and soil microorganisms were systematically summarized, with a focus on signal exchange, synergistic symbiosis, and nutrient competition. Furthermore, the impacts of interactions between Rhizobium and soil microorganisms on plant nutrient acquisition, disease resistance, soil ecological processes, and their potential applications in agricultural practices were elaborated. Finally, future research directions were discussed, particularly the development of synthetic microbial communities. This study provided an in-depth analysis of the Rhizobium-microbiome interaction mechanisms, offering a crucial theoretical foundation and practical pathway for the development of novel microbial fertilizers and the advancement of green agriculture.
