The study on the citizenization intention of the new generation of migrant workers from the perspective of occupational differentiation

Abstract: To explore the new generation of urbanization of rural migrant workers, domesticating translation, based on vocational differentiation based on 2016 in Beijing, Shanghai, guangzhou, zhengzhou, Wuhan and Nanchang city 893 field survey data, using Ordered-Probit regression model empirical analysis. The results showed that the professional type, the employment of different have different effects on the will of the new generation urbanization of migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers' citizenization intention is negatively influenced by the physical occupations, while the technical and intellectual occupations have a significant positive influence on the citizenization intention. Self-employed people are more likely to be citizenized than other He hired people. The research believes that the new generation of migrant workers should improve the intensity of occupational differentiation, increase different types of career channels, improve the degree of migrant workers' employment, so as to improve the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers citizenization.
