Based on the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) data, probit model was used to study the impact of farmers’entrepreneurial behavior and different types of entrepreneurship on the incidence of poverty. The results showed that the entrepreneurship behavior of farmers could significantly reduce the probability of farmers falling into poverty. Even if different poverty line standards were used for robustness tests, the poverty reduction effect of entrepreneurship was still stable. Among different types of entrepreneurship, the poverty reduction effect of subsistence entrepreneurship was more obvious. Entrepreneurship behavior mainly help farmers get rid of poverty by enriching social capital and promoting non-agricultural employment. Finally, some suggestions were put forward, such as lowering the entry threshold of the rural financial market and further improving the rural land property right transaction system.

The current poverty alleviation battle in rural areas has entered the stage of consolidating the results, and attention should also be paid to the difficulty relief of urban workers. Trade unions, as the main force for urban workers to extricate themselves from difficulties, can only guarantee the basic needs of workers. If we are to win this battle of poverty alleviation with high quality, the extensive participation of social forces is still needed. The government needs to call on social forces, including social organizations, to provide social support for employees who have been relieved of their difficulties, so that the results of the relief of difficulties can be sustainable. Social forces can provide diversified social support for employees in need, and provide them with channels for protecting their rights and seeking help. Based on empirical investigations, this study used structural equation models to sort out the ways and obstacles encountered by various social forces in participating in urban difficulties workers’ difficulties, and explored the constraints and reasons for participating behaviors, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for social forces to participate in the work of difficult urban employees to get rid of difficulties.
