Social forces can provide diversified social support for employees in need, and provide them with channels for protecting their rights and seeking help. Based on empirical investigations, this study used structural equation models to sort out the ways and obstacles encountered by various social forces in participating in urban difficulties workers’ difficulties, and explored the constraints and reasons for participating behaviors, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for social forces to participate in the work of difficult urban employees to get rid of difficulties.
