    Research on precise training of new professional farmers under the background of rural revitalization: Based on the perspective of personnel and post matching

    Based on the theory and practice of personnel and post matching, this study constructed a precision training model for new professional farmers, namely “IOA” model, the human capital investment of new professional farmers, the professional posts engaged by new professional farmers and the matching of personnel and post were analyzed. Meanwhile, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as establishing the precision training system for new professional farmers, strengthening the new vocational education system for new professional farmers, optimizing the management system of “learning by doing” for new professional farmers, strengthening the analysis of professional posts in the labor market of agricultural modernization, in order to promote the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and farmers' professionalization.

    Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, based on the survey data, the influencing factors of the acceptance attitude of rural network live classroom were analyzed. The results showed that age, subjects and grade had great influence on the acceptance attitude of rural live classroom. At the same time, the construction mode of network live classroom with government and market co-construction and inter school cooperation and assistance were put forword, in order to provide ideas for the revitalization of rural education.
