The determination of NDMA in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/MRM method was established by the optimization of chromatographic column,scanning mode,extraction solvent,pH and concentration method. Linear relationship between the peak area and concentration of NDMA was obtained in the range of 0.05~1.0 mg/L. The detection limit was 0.01 μg/L（S/N=3）.Tests for recovery and precision of this method were 66.93%~85.32% and the relative standard deviation（RSD） was 2.93%~4.19% by adding 2 different concentrations. The method has high sensitivity,wide linear range and optimized the detection conditions of NDMA in drinking water,and it is suitable for the detection of NDMA in drinking water.
