Based on the situation, the coordination degree model was used to analyze the coordination of the three. The results showed that the urbanization rate of the urban area was continuously improved, the quality of economic development continued to improve, and the quality of the ecological environment was generally declining. The degree of coordination among urbanization level, economic development quality and ecological environment quality of various cities fluctuated greatly with time, but the overall trend showed a slow downward trend, and there were obvious regional differences in coordination degree. The coordination degree between urbanization and economic development quality had been continuously improved, but the degree of coordination between urbanization and ecological environment quality, economic development and ecological environment quality had generally declined. Then, clustering analysis was carried out according to the comprehensive score. The spatial difference of the results was compared, and some feasible suggestions were put forward, so as to enhance the quality of urbanization of metropolitan area and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the construction of “The Belt and Road”. The results showed that the average level of urbanization in Henan province was higher than that of Shaanxi province, but the development level of urbanization in Shaanxi province was more balanced than that of Henan province. The quality of economic development and social development in Henan province were less than that of Shaanxi province, but the quality of space development and urban and rural integration were stronger than that of Shaanxi province.
