The development of eco-tourism resources can inject vitality into the local economic development, which also makes the development of eco-tourism an important way and an important measure to implement the precise poverty alleviation policy in China.Starting from the relationship between precise poverty alleviation and regional eco-tourism, this research studied the development status of Shangluo city ecotourism and drew on relevant literature to explore the development approach of Shangluo city ecotourism from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation, so as to stimulate Shangluo’s social and economic development, promote the implementation of precise poverty alleviation policies, and increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation. Based on the research and analysis of Shaanxi province, the practice of coordinated promotion of poverty eradication and rural revitalization was analyzed and summarized from the five aspects of industrial revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, ecological revitalization and organization revitalization. Three inspirations were put forward： Establishing and perfecting the institutional mechanism was the institutional guarantee,adhering to perfecting the Party’s leadership of the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers was the political guarantee, and cultivating and stimulating the endogenous motivation of the poor was an important hand, for the coordinated promotion of poverty eradication and rural revitalization.
