Abstract: In recent years, relying on the advantages of high-quality air,vast forests, good water resources and other ecological resources, regional eco-tourism has developed rapidly in China, and has gradually become the first choice for people to carry out tourism activities. The development of eco-tourism resources can inject vitality into the local economic development, which also makes the development of eco-tourism an important way and an important measure to implement the precise poverty alleviation policy in China.Starting from the relationship between precise poverty alleviation and regional eco-tourism, this research studied the development status of Shangluo city ecotourism and drew on relevant literature to explore the development approach of Shangluo city ecotourism from the perspective of precise poverty alleviation, so as to stimulate Shangluo’s social and economic development, promote the implementation of precise poverty alleviation policies, and increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.
