Study on sustainable development after relocation of ex-situ poverty alleviation from the perspective of rural revitalization: A case study of Pingli county, Ankang city

Abstract: Relocation of ex-situ proerty alleviation is one of the “five-one-batch” for poverty alleviation. At this stage, the focus of poverty alleviation work will shift from poverty eradication to stable poverty eradication and sustainable development. Rural revitalization is a major strategy for securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and in socialist modernization. It can be said that the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is to stand on a higher level to solve the problem of sustainable development of rural areas and farmers. There is an inherent consistency between the relocation of ex-situ poverty allaviation and the rural revitalization. In this study, Pingli county, Ankang city was selected as a sample to sum up the experience of sustainable development after relocation of ex-situ proerty alleviation in this region in terms of employment, industry, entrepreneurship and community management. The problems and obstacles of the sustainable development of the relocation of ex-situ proerty alleviation in the relocation area were analyzed, and some countermeasures connecting with the revitalization of the rural areas were put forward, so as to provide references for the theoretical and practical researchers of the relocation of ex-situ poverty alleviation.
