In order to explore the reasonable and feasible criteria and methods for identifying the collective membership, this study first defined the rural collective economic organizations, the members and membership of rural collective economic organizations, and the membership rights of rural collective economic organizations. Then it summarized the existing achievements in the identification of the membership of rural collective economic organizations, and compared and analyzed them from the aspects of registered residence standards, rights and obligations standards, basic living security standards and composite standards. The results show that different type of standards have their own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and are also produced and applicable to the corresponding times. However, none of them can completely and effectively solve the complicated problem of identifying the membership of rural collective economic organizations. The composite standard is relatively more comprehensive in consideration of factors, and can more systematically and accurately grasps the key nodes of membership identification, which helps to accurately determine whether an individual has membership. Therefore, it is suggested to further adjust and optimize the consideration factors of composite standards based on the accurate understanding of the changes in rural personnel status, population flow and other aspects, and then strengthen the applicability and feasibility of standards.

This research studies the allocation and distribution structure of rural human resources by combining the coupling coordination degree and the least square model. It finds that the hot spots of the aged population in Jiangxi Province have gradually evolved from the plain area to the “double hot spots” in the north and south, the rural labor force presents a spatial distribution state with low intermediate value and high value in the south and north, and the spatial distribution of the coupling coordination development degree is extremely unbalanced. At the same time, the forecast results show that the urbanization rate is slowing down, and there is overflow or lack of labor force difference between the north and the south. Therefore, the establishment of its intelligent configuration model to guide the return and circulation of surplus labor force according to local conditions will help to alleviate the increase of per capita farmland pressure and the unbalanced resource allocation, and promote the development of agricultural modernization.
