Abstract: Starting with the status quo of China's agricultural industrialization,the problems in process of China's agricultural industrialization were pointed out. Based on analysis of the necessity of current capital measures for the development of China's agricultural industrialization,a capital approach to promote the development of agricultural industrialization was proposed,that's by means of setting up special funds,nurturing rural financial organizations,developing agricultural policy financing channels,and building the mechanisms of interest rate arrangement and credit guarantee in the rural capital market,to provide an useful reference for promoting the development of China's agricultural industrialization.
