顶空-气相色谱法对豆粕中正己烷残留的测定

Determination of n-hexane in Soybean meal by Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要: 为了建立一种准确测定豆粕中正己烷溶剂残留的方法,采用顶空-气相色谱法检测,利用气固平衡原理,过程中优化了顶空条件。结果表明,该方法最低检出限为0.5 mg/kg,定量限为5 mg/kg,均低于国标GB 5009.262-2016中的限值;在10~500 mg/kg内线性关系良好,R2=0.999 1;该方法精密度较好、准确度较高,加标回收率在88.3%~102.3%,能满足不同浓度样品的需求,可为豆粕中溶剂残留检测提供可靠的方法依据。

Abstract: In order to establish an accurate method for the determination of n-hexane solvent residues in soybean meal, the principle of gas-solid equilibrium by using headspace gas chromatography, the headspace condition was optimized in the process. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was 5 mg/kg,which was lower than the limit of GB 5009.262-2016. The linear relationship was good in the range of 10~500 mg/kg,R2 was 0.999 1;The precision of this method was good, the RSD was less than 2%; The accuracy was higher, the recovery rate was between 88.3%-102.3%,and the RSD was less than 2%. This method can meet the needs of different concentration samples and can provide reliable basis for the determination of solvent residues in soybean meal.
