不同染发膏对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性效应

Genetic toxicity of hair coloring creams to root tip cells of Vicia faba L.

摘要: 为了考察染发膏对蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)根尖细胞的遗传毒性效应,用不同浓度的3种不同品牌染发膏(T、S、H)毒染蚕豆根尖细胞,测定其微核率和染色体畸变率,并计算微核指数。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,3种染发膏浓度与微核率都具有明显的剂量-效应关系,在高于一定浓度后微核率均呈下降趋势,其最大微核率对应的浓度依次为0.10 g/L(T染发膏)、1.00 g/L(S染发膏)、4.00 g/L(H染发膏)。说明3种染发膏均有一定诱变作用和遗传毒性,且3种染发膏染色体畸变率与微核率均呈正相关。

Abstract: In order to study the genotoxicity of different kinds of hair coloring creams on root tip cells, the micronucleus test technique on the root tip cells of Vicia faba L. was used to investigate the genotoxicity of 3 different kinds of hair coloring creams(T, S and H) of varied concentrations. Micronucleus rate, chromosome aberration rate and pollution indexes were calculated. The results showed that the micronucleus rate of 3 kinds of hair coloring creams were both first increased and then decreased along with the increasing of the treated concentration. The dye concentrations of the peak number of micronuclei of 3 kinds of coloring creams was 0.10 g/L (T), 1.00 g/L (S) and 4.00 g/L (H). The 3 kinds of coloring creams had a certain genotoxicity under certain concentration ranges. And the chromosome aberration rate was generally positively correlated with micronucleus rate.
