解磷菌剂对生菜根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响

Effects of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria on rhizosphere microorganism and enzyme activities of lettuce

摘要: 通过盆栽试验研究了在4种不同施磷水平下,施用解磷菌剂对生菜(Lactuca sativa var. ramosa Hort.)各生育期根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响。结果表明,土壤微生物数量和酶活性都随生菜生育期的进行呈规律性变化,在莲座期达到最大值,在采收期有所下降,但整体仍高于幼苗期;同一生育期,随着施磷水平的增加,解磷菌剂对生菜根际土壤细菌、放线菌的数量和各种酶活性的影响逐渐增强,在施磷量(P2O5)为0.060 g/kg时达到最大值,当施磷量达到0.120 g/kg时,解磷菌剂对土壤微生物数量和酶活性无促进作用;解磷菌剂对土壤真菌数量的影响与细菌数量变化规律相反。解磷菌剂配合适量磷肥施用,有利于土壤微生物数量的增加和酶活性的提高,从而为生菜生长创造良好的微生态环境。

Abstract: A potting experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria on rhizosphere soil microorganism and enzyme activities at different growth stages of lettuce(Lactuca sativa var. ramosa Hort.) under four application levels of calcium-superphosphate. The results showed that the microorganism quantity and enzyme activity were regular change with growth periods of lettuce, they were reached a maximum in the rosette stage and declined in the harvest time, the least was the seedling stage. The effects on rhizosphere bacteria and actinomycetes, and enzyme activities increased progressively with application levels of calcium-superphosphate during the same period, which was the best under 0.060 g/kg application levels of calcium-superphosphate. However, it had no stimulative effect when the application level of calcium-superphosphate was 0.120 g/kg. On the contrary, the number of soil fungi had a reverse rule. So the appropriate phosphate and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria application with the lettuce microorganism quantity and enzyme activity were positive effect, and created a good micro-ecolobical environment for the growth of lettuce.
