黑臭静脉支浜生态修复工程设计及工程示范

摘要: 采用“‘三清除’+植物生态修复+管道截污”工程方案对江苏省常州市某镇区域黑臭静脉支浜(5条河浜)治理工程进行设计。通过“三清除”工序清理河浜中的淤泥、垃圾和杂草,人工围堰存放、干化淤泥,并复垦于农作物栽种,实现了淤泥中的N、P营养物质再利用;采用耐湿树种、湿生灌木及草本植被构建的生态护坡系统生态拦截、削减入河污染物;采用挺水植物、浮水植物和沉水植物构造出立体式植物生态修复模型,吸收水体中的N、P等污染物。工程运行1年的监测结果显示,5条河浜基本消除了黑臭现象,水体透明度较高,COD、氨氮、 TP、高锰酸盐指数、DO、透明度等水质指标均达到地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)中的Ⅳ类标准。该生态修复方案是一种适宜于苏南地区村镇黑臭静脉河浜治理的好方法,实现了黑臭静脉河浜的水环境生态修复和生态自然演替,具有工程示范作用和推广应用价值。

Abstract: The use of "'three clearance'+plant ecological restoration+pipeline decontamination" project management Changzhou a town area Black Stinky bang (5 rivers Bang). Clean up the silt, garbage and weeds in the river through the'three removal 'process. The artificial cofferdam stores and dries the silt, and uses the silt for crop planting, which realizes the reuse of N and P nutrients in the silt. The ecological slope protection system constructed by the use of wet-resistant tree species can intercept and reduce pollutants. A three-dimensional plant ecological restoration model was constructed by using the plants, floating plants and submerged plants to absorb N, P and other pollutants in the river. After 1 years of operation, the test results show that 5 rivers eliminate the phenomenon of black odor, water transparency is high, COD, ammonia nitrogen, TP, permanganate index, dissolved oxygen, transparency and other water quality indicators have reached the surface water environmental quality standards(GB3838-2002) in the Ⅳ category standards. This method is a good method suitable for the treatment of black smelly river in the villages and towns of southern Jiangsu, and realizes the ecological restoration and ecological natural succession of the water environment of the vein river, which has the function of engineering demonstration and the value of application and popularization.
