响应面法优化湖北海棠果实多酚提取工艺

Extraction technology of the polyphenols from the fruit of Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd using response surface analysis

摘要: 以湖北海棠[Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd]果实为原料,采取醇提法提取多酚,在单因素试验的基础上,对提取工艺进行响应面优化,响应面模型R2=0.990 4,P<0.001,模型对试验实际情况拟合较好,显著性高。结果表明,优化后的提取工艺参数为提取溶剂乙醇浓度61%,提取时间3.0 h,液料比21∶1,提取温度85 ℃,并在此工艺参数条件下,湖北海棠果实提取液中多酚含量平均值为11.89 mg/g。

Abstract: Polyphenols extracted from the fruit of Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd. On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of the polyphenols were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and response surface methodology. Response surface model R2 was 0.990 4,P<0.001,the model was highly significant and fitted well with the actual situation of the test. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction of the polyphenols were as follows: ethanol concentration 61%,time 3.0 h, liquid to raw material ratio 21∶1, temperature 85 ℃. Under this condition,the maximal yield of polyphenols was up to 11.89 mg/g.
