不同紫云英品种种质资源试验比较

Experimental comparison of germplasm resources different varieties of Astragalus sinicus

摘要: 利用盆栽试验对4个紫云英(Astragalus sinicus)品种的生育期、生长特性、盛花期鲜草产量和养分含量进行了比较和分析。结果表明,湘紫3号和信阳紫云英的盛花期与双季稻农作制的时间要求匹配性较好;湘紫3号紫云英冬前叶色、株高、分枝数、真叶数、根长和根瘤菌等植株性状均较优良;盛花期余江大叶、沅江种、湘紫3号各品种间的茎粗、分枝数和单株重无显著性差异,且显著高于信阳紫云英;盛花期鲜草产量表现为余江大叶>沅江种>湘紫3号>信阳紫云英;在4个紫云英品种中,湘紫3号的全氮和全钾均最高,全磷含量差异不显著。

Abstract: The growth period, characteristics, yield of fresh plant, nutrient content of four varieties of Astragalus sinicus on pot-experiment were compared and analyzed. The results showed that Xiangzi No 3 and Xinyang Astragalus sinicus were more suitable to plant in double-cropping rice area than other varieties. The plant characters of Xiangzi No 3 such as leaf color, plant height, branch number, true leaf number, root length, number of rhizobia before winter were all better than the other varieties. There was no significant difference in stem diameter, number of branches and weight per plant among Yujiang large leaves, Yuanjiang specie and Xiangzi No 3 at the full-bloom stage, and these indexes were significantly higher compared with Xinyang Astragalus sinicust. The fresh grass yields of the four varieties were manifested included: Yujiang Large Leaves >Yuanjiang Species>Xiangzi No 3>Xinyang Astragalus sinicust at the full-bloom stage. Xiangzi No 3 had the highest total nitrogen and total potassium content among the four varieties. There was no significant difference in total phosphorus content among the four varieties.
