超声辅助醇提商洛金银花绿原酸工艺优化

Process optimization of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle of Shangluo by ultrasound-assisted alcohol extraction

摘要: 以商洛金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)为材料,采用超声辅助醇提取,利用单因素试验和正交试验,优化金银花绿原酸提取工艺。结果表明,商洛市金银花绿原酸的最优提取工艺为乙醇溶液质量分数50%、超声时间40 min、超声温度65 ℃、料液比1∶40,绿原酸提取率可达4.305%。

Abstract: Aimed at probing a suitable extraction process for local production with the the honeysuckle of Shangluo city. Based on the alcohol extraction method, ultrasound-assisted extraction was carried out with the orthogonal test results on the basis of single factor test. The optimal extraction process of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle of Shangluo were as followed ethanol mass fraction was 50%, ultrasonic time was 40 min, ultrasonic temperature was 65 ℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶40, the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid could be 4.305%.
