Integration and demonstration of cultivation techniques for edible fungi from agricultural and forestry solid wastes

摘要: 针对农林固体废弃物可作为栽培食用菌基料的特点,对其进行资源化利用技术集成示范与推广,以期为丹江口水源涵养区农业绿色高效发展提供借鉴。集成农林固体废弃物“收转用”的方法,提出农林废弃物食用菌基料化高效利用技术与推广的思路。农林废弃物食用菌基料化技术集成示范推广一定程度上可减少固体废弃物对水源环境的污染,同时提高项目区农民增收3.2亿元,能为丹江口水源涵养区农业绿色高效发展提供途径。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of agricultural, forestry and specialty solid wastes that can be used as the substrate for edible fungi, whose resource utilization technology is integrated, demonstrated and promoted,it is hoped to provide a reference for the green and efficient development in Danjiangkou water conservation area. Integrating the methods of recovering, converting, and utilizing of agricultural, forestry and specialty solid wastes, it could put forward the idea of efficient utilization technology and popularization of integration, demonstration and extension of the edible fungi substrate utilization technology. The integration, demonstration and extension of the edible fungi substrate utilization technology of agricultural, forestry and specialty solid waste can reduce the pollution to the water environment to a certain extent, and increase the farmers' income by 320 million yuan in the project area, which could provide a way for the green and efficient development of agriculture in Danjiangkou water source conservation area.
