科技创新驱动富硒产业高质量发展路径研究

Research on high-quality development path of selenium-rich industry driven by scientific and technological innovation

摘要: 随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,科技创新驱动发展已经成为新时代产业振兴的一种新模式。针对创新驱动背景下的欠发达区域“中国硒谷”,通过10年的科技计划项目与富硒产业发展数据,对科技创新驱动富硒产业发展现状及其存在的问题进行实证分析。结果表明,近年来“中国硒谷”富硒产业发展呈不断上升趋势,富硒产业价值潜力凸显,在关键技术上有所突破,但由于科技创新能力缺乏、科技资源有限等原因导致富硒产业未形成创新链。应从建立科技创新驱动富硒产业发展机制、提升企业自主创新能力、加强富硒科技研发与成果转化等方面持续努力,依靠科技创新促进富硒产业技术升级,通过科技创新延伸拓宽富硒产业链,促进富硒产业高质量发展。

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of innovation driven development strategy, technology innovation driven development has become a new mode of industrial revitalization in the new era. Aiming at the underdeveloped region “China selenium valley” under the background of innovation driven, this paper made an empirical analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the development of selenium rich industry driven by scientific and technological innovation through 10-year scientific and technological plan projects and development data of selenium-rich industry. The results show that, in recent years, the development of selenium-rich industry in “China selenium valley” has been on the rise, the value potential of selenium-rich industry has been highlighted, and breakthroughs have been made in key technologies. However, due to the lack of scientific and technological innovation capacity, limited scientific and technological resources and other reasons, the selenium-rich industry has not formed an innovation chain. It is suggested that the sustainable efforts should be made in the aspects of establishing a mechanism for the development of selenium-rich industry driven by scientific and technological innovation, improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises, strengthening the scientific and technological research and development of selenium-rich industry and the transformation of achievements, relying on scientific and technological innovation to promote the technological upgrading of selenium-rich industry, expanding the selenium-rich industry chain through the extension of scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the high-quality development of selenium-rich industry.
