Abstract: The development of cultural tourism industry and rural revitalization are important strategies for China to promote rural development under the new development pattern. The key to increasing farmers’ income and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is to advance the transformation of rural cultural and tourism industry to comprehensive rural revitalization. As a way of rural industrial development, rural tourism industry has the coupling consistency with rural revitalization in development goals, implementation strategies and landing situations, which is conducive to the effective integration of the two. In order to realize the effective connection between rural cultural tourism industry and rural revitalization, it is necessary to accelerate industrial upgrading, reuse rural sages mechanism, cultivate and attract talents, protect the environment in all aspects and enhance cultural identity.
