真菌SF-49356代谢产物的生物活性研究

摘要: 从1株真菌SF-49356的代谢产物中经提取和制备高效液相色谱分离得到8个化合物,经紫外、质谱和天然产物词典(DNP)查询,鉴定为恩镰孢菌素类(Enniatins)化合物。抗菌活性筛选研究结果发现,该类化合物对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌和猪链球菌有一定的抗菌活性,对猪伪狂犬病毒和猪繁殖与呼吸道综合征病毒无明显的抗病毒活性。

Abstract: Eight compounds were isolated from the metabolites of a fungus SF-49356 by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and identified as Enniatins by UV, MASS spectrometry and natural products dictionary (DNP). The results of antibacterial activity screening showed that such compounds had certain antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus suis, but had no obvious antiviral activity against porcine pseudorabies virus and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.
