猕猴桃‘脐红'与‘徐香'越冬期转录组的比较分析

Comparative analysis of the transcriptome of kiwifruit ‘Qihong' and ‘Xuxiang' during the overwintering period

摘要: 以不同抗寒能力的中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)‘脐红'和美味猕猴桃(Actinidia deliciosa)‘徐香'为材料,在越冬期取样并分析生理指标,发现‘脐红'低温耐受性高于‘徐香'。对2个品种的转录组进行分析,GO聚类中细胞成分组织或生物生成、细胞器部分等差异较大;KEGG聚类中膜运输、翻译、转录、复制和修复等差异较大。对2个品种进行富集分析,淀粉和蔗糖代谢、植物激素信号转导、苯丙类化合物的生物合成和黄酮类化合物的生物合成通路存在差异表达,解析了2个品种在越冬期转录水平的变化。

Abstract: Chinese kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) ‘Qihong' and delicious kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) ‘Xuxiang' with different cold tolerance were used as materials.Samples were taken during the overwintering period and analyzed for physiological parameters, and it was found that ‘Qihong' was more tolerant to low temperatures than ‘Xuxiang'. The transcriptomes of the two varieties were analyzed and the GO clusters showed greater differences in cellular components organization or biogenesis, organelle fraction, etc;KEGG clusters differed more in membrane transport, translation, transcription, replication and repair. The enrichment analysis of the 2 varieties showed differential expression of starch and sucrose metabolism, phytohormone signaling, biosynthesis of phenylpropanoids and biosynthesis of flavonoids pathways. The changes in transcript levels of the two varieties during the overwintering period were analyzed.
