长江经济带核心城市农业绿色发展水平评价与预测

Evaluation and prediction of agricultural green development level of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要: 为分析长江经济带核心城市农业绿色发展水平,基于2010—2020年长江经济带核心城市数据,从环境友好、产业协调、生产效率和生活保障4个维度构建了农业绿色发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法测算出各指标权重,并采用灰色GM(1,1)模型对长江经济带核心城市农业绿色发展水平进行预测。结果表明,长江经济带核心城市农业绿色发展指数呈逐年稳步上升趋势,但区域差异较大,南京、武汉等城市的农业绿色发展水平明显高于其他城市。同时,环境友好程度和产业协调程度还未得到充分发展,而生产效率和生活保障水平的增长速度较快。并就此提出了推动流域核心城市农业绿色发展的政策建议。

Abstract: For the analysis of the agricultural green development level of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, based on the data of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020, the evaluation index system of agricultural green development level was constructed from the four dimensions of environmental friendliness, industrial coordination, production efficiency and living security. The entropy method was used to calculate the weight of each index, and the gray GM (1,1) model was used to predict the green development level of agriculture of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results showed that the agricultural green development index of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt had been steadily increasing year by year, but there were significant regional differences. The level of agricultural green development in cities such as Nanjing and Wuhan was significantly higher than that of other cities. Meanwhile, the degree of environmental friendliness and industrial coordination had not been fully developed, while the growth rates of production efficiency and living security level were relatively fast. Finally, policy suggestions for promoting the green development of agriculture in the core cities of the basin were put forward.
