球磨机械化学法降解土壤中2,4-二氯酚工艺研究

Study on Mechanochemical Degradation of 2,4-Dichlorophenol in Soil by Ball Milling

摘要: 针对老化工厂搬迁遗留下来的高浓度有机氯污染土壤难以治理这一难题,以2,4-二氯酚污染土壤为降解对象,进行了球磨机械化学法试验研究。试验过程采用水平式行星和卧式行星2种球磨方式,考察了转速、球磨时间以及球料比对2,4-二氯酚降解的影响。结果表明,2种球磨方式均能有效降解土壤中的2,4-二氯酚。当球磨转速为400 r/min、球磨时间17 h、球料比为4∶1,水平式行星球磨机对2,4-二氯酚降解率可达85%,继续延长研磨时间,降解率增加幅度较小;在相同条件下,卧式行星球磨机降解率为75%。球磨机械化学法降解2,4-二氯酚主要机制可能是在高速球磨条件下,球磨罐中的2,4-二氯酚在球重力锤击和离心力撞击共同作用下发生了化学分解,并与空气中的O2发生了氧化反应和碳化反应,表现为土壤碳化、发黑。

Abstract: The contaminated soil with high content organochlorine was usually difficult to treat after chemical plant being relocated. To solve this problem,the experiment that the contaminated soil with 2,4-dichlorophenol was treated by mechanochemical ball milling process was carried out. Two kinds of ball milling apparatus,horizontal planetary and horizontal planetary, were employed to carry out in this study. Effects of speed,milling time and ball to soil ratio on the degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol were examined. The results showed that these two kinds of milling apparatus could degrade 2,4-dichlorophenol in soil effectively. When the ball milling speed was 400 r/min,the milling time was 17 h,and the ball to soil ratio was 4∶1,85% of 2,4-dichlorophenol was degraded by horizontal planetary ball milling. With the milling time prolonged over 17 h,the increase degree in degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol was unremarkable. Under the same conditions,75% of 2,4-dichlorophenol by the horizontal planetary ball milling was degraded. The main degradation mechanism of 2,4-dichlorophenol by ball milling can be explained by the decomposition of 2,4-dichlorophenol under high-speed ball milling,2,4-dichlorophenol being oxidized and carbonized in the atmosphere of O2 under ball gravimetric extrusion and centrifugal force. It can be evidenced by the color of contaminated soil becoming darker.
