辣椒的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

摘要: 辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、降脂降糖、缓解疲劳、保护胃肠系统和心血管等药理活性。对辣椒化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的相关研究进行了总结和分析,为辣椒的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: Capsicum annuum L. has anti-tumor, pain relief, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic, anti-fatigue, protecting gastrointestinal system and cardiovascular systems, and other pharmacological effects. The correlational research of chemical compositions, pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Capsicum annuum L. was summarized and analyzed, in order to provide references for its further research, development and utilization.
