Genstat-GGE双标图在湖北省棉花区域试验中的应用

Application of Genstat-GGE biplot in regional cotton trials of Hubei Province

摘要: 为科学评价湖北省棉花区域试验品种的丰产性、稳产性、适应性及试验点测试能力,采用Genstat 24软件的GGE双标图模型对2025年湖北省11个早熟麦后常规棉品种在11个试点的皮棉产量数据进行分析。联合方差分析显示,基因型、环境及基因型与环境互作效应均达显著水平,环境是产量变异的主要来源,基因型与环境互作效应贡献率高于基因型主效应。GGE双标图结果表明,冈棉21和华棉1212的丰产性与稳产性综合表现最优,冈棉21最接近理想品种;各品种适宜区域明确,江棉11不适宜在湖北省种植;荆州试点代表性与区分力最佳,天门、黄冈次之,部分试点间区分力呈高度正相关。Genstat-GGE双标图可直观解析品种与环境互作,为湖北省棉花品种筛选、精准推广及区域试验网络优化提供科学依据。

Abstract: To scientifically evaluate the yield-potential, yield-stability, adaptability of cotton varieties and the testing capacity of experimental sites in Hubei Provincial cotton regional trials, the GGE biplot model embedded in Genstat 24 software was adopted to analyze the lint yield data of 11 early-maturing conventional cotton varieties after wheat harvest across 11 experimental sites in Hubei Province in 2025. Combined analysis of variance revealed significant effects of genotype, environment, and genotype-by-environment interaction. Environment was the primary source of yield variation, and the contribution rate of genotype-by-environment interaction was higher than that of the main genotype effect. The results of the GGE biplot indicated that Gangmian 21 and Huamian 1212 exhibited the best comprehensive performance in yield-potential and yield-stability, among which Gangmian 21 was the most ideal variety. The suitable planting regions for each variety were clarified,and Jiangmian 11 was not suitable for cultivation in Hubei Province. Jingzhou site showed the best representativeness and discrimination ability, followed by Tianmen and Huanggang sites. A highly positive correlation was observed in the discriminating ability among partial test sites. The Genstat-GGE biplot could visually interpret genotype-by-environment interaction, which provided a scientific reference for cotton variety selection, targeted popularization and optimization of regional trial network in Hubei Province.
