采用GGE双标图评价玉米品种郧单27的丰产性、稳产性及适应性

Evaluation of yield-potential, yield-stability and adaptability of maize variety Yundan 27 by GGE-biplot

摘要: 为评价2024年经湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定的玉米(Zea mays L.)新品种郧单27的生产推广价值,依据产量数据结果,采用GGE-biplot软件的双标图对2022—2023年湖北省山区组玉米区域试验中郧单27所在组别品种的丰产性、稳产性和适应性进行了分析,并比较了郧单27与对照品种华玉11在目标区域的适应性表现。结果表明,2年区域试验郧单27产量分别为11 118.90、11 360.25 kg/hm2,分别比对照品种华玉11增产9.90%和12.25%,在参试品种中产量排名分别居第一位和第二位。GGE 双标图分析表明,2年区域试验郧单27丰产性分别居参试品种第一位和第二位,稳产性分别居参试品种第二位和第一位,是既高产又稳产的优良品种;郧单27的适应性明显优于对照品种华玉11,其适宜种植区域涵盖了湖北省大部分山区。综合分析,郧单27具有丰产、稳产、广适等特性,具有很大的推广价值。

Abstract: To evaluate the promotional value of the new maize(Zea mays L.) cultivar Yundan 27, which was examined and approved by the Hubei Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2024, yield data from the 2022-2023 mountain-group maize regional trials in Hubei Province were analyzed via GGE-biplot software. The yield-potential, yield-stability and adaptability of cultivars in the test group including Yundan 27 were assessed, and the adaptive performance of Yundan 27 was compared with that of the control cultivar Huayu 11 in target regions. The results showed that the grain yields of Yundan 27 reached 11 118.90 kg/hm2 and 11 360.25 kg/hm2 in the two-year regional trials, which were 9.90% and 12.25% higher than those of the control Huayu 11, ranking first and second among all tested cultivars, respectively. GGE-biplot analysis revealed that Yundan 27 ranked first and second for yield-potential, and second and first for yield-stability across the two-year trials, indicating it was an elite cultivar with both high and stable yield. In addition, Yundan 27 exhibited obviously superior adaptability compared with Huayu 11, and it was suitable for planting in most mountainous areas of Hubei Province. Comprehensive analysis demonstrated that Yundan 27 possessed high-yield, stable-yield and wide-adaptation characteristics, and presented great popularization potential.
