摘要: 桑叶提取物1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)是一种强α-糖苷酶抑制剂,也是降血糖活性物质之一,药用开发研究前景广阔。介绍了DNJ的提取工艺,并着重分析总结了国内外对桑叶提取物DNJ在降血糖领域的进展情况。

Abstract: 1-Deoxynojirimycin(DNJ) is abundant in mulberry leaf,as a inhibitor of α-glycosidases,which have antidiabetic activity and have a large pharmaceutical development prospect. The paper systematically illustrates and analyzes the extraction procedures for 1-Deoxynojirimycin,meanwhile,the analysis focused on the research progresses on hypoglycemic functions of mulberry DNJ and its deveopment at home and abroad.
