转华山新麦草果聚糖合成酶基因对烟草相关生理指标的影响

Effects of transfer of fructan synthase gene of Psathyrostachys huashanensis on physiological indexes of tobacco

摘要: 以转华山新麦草果聚糖合成酶基因(HS-6-SFT)烟草和非转基因烟草W38为材料,在4 ℃低温下对其胁迫8 h,分析转HS-6-SFT基因烟草和非转基因烟草的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,在低温胁迫下烟草叶片中的SOD活性、CAT活性、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量均有所增加,且增加的幅度要大于常温处理,并且在转基因材料和对照之间存在极显著差异(P< 0.01)。转HS-6-SFT基因增强了烟草的抗逆性。

Abstract: HS-6-SFT transgenic tobacco and non-transgenic tobacco W38 were used as materials under low temperature stress at 4 ℃ for 8 h. The differences of soluble protein, superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase CAT, peroxidase(POD) between transgenic tobacco and non-transgenic tobacco were analyzed. The results showed that the soluble protein content, SOD activity, CAT activity and POD activity in tobacco leaves increased, and the increase at 4 ℃ was larger than that at room temperature. There was a very significant difference between the transgenic materials and the control(P<0.01). The stress resistance of transgenic tobacco with HS-6-SFT gene is enhanced.
