Abstract: Based on the perspective of game theory, this study analyzed the cooperative innovation decision of small and medium-sized agricultural entrepreneurs in Hubei province, established and analyzed the game model under cooperative innovation. The results show that the agricultural small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in Hubei province can cooperate with each other in innovation, and can also choose school and research institutions as the cooperative object; The government plays a key role in the decision-making of agricultural small and medium-sized entrepreneurs' cooperative innovation; The degree of symmetry of bilateral information and the enthusiasm of agricultural small and medium-sized entrepreneurs' cooperative innovation will have an impact on the final results. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
