Abstract: Using the data of the surveys of 9 districts and counties around Chongqing, combined with the Logistic statistical model, the withdraw compensation of farmers' homesteads in Chongqing and its influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that there are positive or negative correlations between farmers' personal characteristics, family characteristics, homestead and basic housing conditions, and the cognitive factors of homestead utility with the compensation for farmer's homestead withdraw. Due to the difference of ideological concepts and life environment among different withdraw subjects, the degree of impact of each category factor differ. Differentiating compensation mechanisms for rural homesteads should be established for different levels of compensation and different ideological dynamics and objective reality of micro-subjects.
