充氮气调对片烟醇化品质及力学特性的影响

Effect of nitrogen adjustment on the mellowing quality and mechanical property of tobacco leaves

摘要: 为了解充氮气调法防虫对片烟醇化品质及力学特性的影响,以云南复烤片烟DBBFAPK为试验材料,对常规防虫与充氮气调防虫两种工艺处理下的片烟外观、理化指标、评吸质量及力学特性进行检测和对比分析。结果表明,两种处理下的片烟力学特性、外观及评吸质量无显著差异。在理化指标方面,充氮气调法的总糖要高于常规方法,总氮、烟碱低于常规方法。

Abstract: In order to learn more about the impact of the nitrogen adjustment method for insect prevention on the mellowing quality and mechanical property of tobacco leaves , the appearances, physical and chemical indicators, smoking quality and mechanical properties of Yunnan flue-cured leaves DBBFAPK processed by the routine insect prevention and nitrogen adjustment insect prevention were tested and comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical properties, appearance and smoking quality of the tobacco leaves processed by the two treatments were not significantly different. In terms of physical and chemical indicators, the total sugar of the nitrogen adjustment method was higher than that of the routine method, and the total nitrogen and nicotine were lower than that of the routine method.
