安康市高硒区植物硒富集能力综合评价及硒富集高潜力植物筛选

Comprehensive evaluation of plant selenium enrichment capacity and screening of high-potential selenium-enriched plants in selenium-rich area of Ankang City

摘要: 为筛选陕西省安康市高硒区硒富集高潜力植物资源,采集121组植物及其根系土壤样本,分析硒含量、转运系数(TF)与富集系数(BCF)等指标,结合隶属函数与聚类分析对植物硒富集能力进行综合评价。结果表明,研究区植物地上部、根部和根系土壤硒含量平均值分别为4.30、2.83、12.89 mg/kg。64.46%的样本硒转运系数大于1,11.57%的样本地上部硒富集系数大于1,4.13%的样本根部硒富集系数大于1,其中金花葵(Hibiscus manihot L.)、车前(Plantago asiatica L.)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)和芥菜[Brassica juncea (L.) Czern.]3项指标均大于1。聚类分析将植物划分为硒综合富集高潜力植物(4.13%)、一般植物(9.92%)和较弱植物(85.95%)3类。芥菜、金花葵、花叶滇苦菜[Sonchus asper(L.) Hill]、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua L.)和马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)被评定为硒综合富集高潜力植物。

Abstract: To screen plant resources with high selenium accumulation potential in selenium-rich areas of Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, a total of 121 sets of plant and rhizosphere soil samples were collected. Selenium content, translocation factor (TF), bioconcentration factor (BCF) and other indices were determined, and the selenium accumulation capacity of plants was comprehensively evaluated by the membership function method and cluster analysis. The results showed that the average selenium contents in shoots, roots and rhizosphere soil of plants in the study area were 4.30 mg/kg, 2.83 mg/kg and 12.89 mg/kg, respectively. The translocation factor of selenium was higher than 1 in 64.46% of the samples. The bioconcentration factor of selenium in shoots exceeded 1 in 11.57% of the samples, while that in roots was greater than 1 in 4.13% of the samples. Among them, the three indices of Hibiscus manihot L., Plantago asiatica L., Raphanus sativus L. and Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. were all greater than 1. Cluster analysis classified the plants into three categories by comprehensive selenium accumulation capacity: high potential plants (4.13%), moderate potential plants (9.92%) and low potential plants (85.95%). Brassica juncea (L.) Czern., Hibiscus manihot L., Sonchus asper (L.) Hill, Artemisia annua L. and Portulaca oleracea L. were identified as plants with high comprehensive selenium accumulation potential.
