Abstract: For the proposition of agricultural supply-side reform, as well as the revision and implementation of the Law of Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, the agricultural science and technology workers are in urgent need of changing ideas and grasping key points in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, innovating management, integrating the resource elements in achievement transformation of agricultural scientific and technological innovation including the government, scientific research institutions, enterprises, professional cooperatives and farmers, in addition, accelerating the transformation and improving the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, to serve the overall situation of national economic development.
