Design of A Gas-type & Drum-type Grilled Whole Sheep Machine

Abstract: The traditional roasted whole sheep are mostly roasted in the Nang pit, and the degree of mechanization is low, the heat loss is serious, pollutes the environment. To deal with these problems,Designed a kind of gas infrared burner as a heat source, with rotary drum as the working device of the roasted sheep machine. In working,Through the infrared gas burner heating drum, so that the sheep fixed by the system through a special string in the drum,the drum driven by the motor and rotation, which realized the mechanized baking, the temperature is controlled at 250~260 ℃,50 minutes to bake out the golden color, outside the coke in the tender roasted sheep.
