Design and test of hole-type seed meter

Abstract: The seed meter is the core component of the rice direct seeder,and its performance directly affects the operation of the rice drill. Firstly,selected the type of seeder by briefly describing the type of seeder,and calculated the main parameters of the device. Secondly,the stress generated by the seed meter in the working process was analyzed. Finally,the bench test was carried out. The rationality of seed meter design was verified. The results showed that the design of this device conforms to the agronomic requirements of rice direct seeding.
