Abstract: Zhanghe reservoir area,the main citrus producing areas in Jingmen city,is the advantage area of citrus industry in Hubei province. However,some problems are obvious as following：unreasonable variety structure,imperfect infrastructure,low level of standardization,weak level of post harvest treatment and low brand awareness. Therefore,increasing investment,promoting quality seed and fine methods,improving the service system,strengthening the brand building efforts and developing the deep processing of citrus should be taken to develop citrus industry in Jingmen city.
