Abstract

Abstract: Based on reviewing relevant research concerning anti-poverty,the theoretical basis and interaction mechanism of foreign help,industrial development and targeted poverty alleviation were expounded,and an empirical analysis was conducted on the poverty alleviation practice of "First Secretary" in J town of Guangxi province,to summarize the main ways and effects of the practice,which will be some policy implications for the development of industrial anti-poverty work.
