Abstract: The canes of three grape（Vitis vinifera L.） varities including grape red, large peak, the red were daubed broken sleep agent with main ingredients of single melamine before spring budding, the effects of single melamine on grape’s phenology period, the number of germination, the result position, internode length, leaf length, leaf width, and chlorophyll content. The results showed that, when the every bud eye of the grape canes were daubed broken sleep agent, the phenological period of three grape varities brought forward, and the germination rate had obvious increase, there were different effects among different grape varieties on the result positioninternode length, leaf length, leaf width and chlorophyll content.
