Preliminary Study on Sowing of Perennial Flowers in Xining Area

Abstract

Abstract: 20 kinds of perennial root flowers in Xining were selected and planted in two kinds of soil environments respectively. Through the observation for two years,the seedling stage,flowering period,growth potential, the rate of seedling emergence,the survival rate of overwintering were recorded,then 8 varieties of perennial flowers suitable for planting and greening in Xining were selected,which could provide a theoretical basis for further popularization and application of perennial flowers in Xining.
